➡️ May 20th - Math-letics! - Who’s the better soccer player - Messi or Ronaldo? According to the FIFA 20 video game, Messi is rated 94 and Ronaldo 93 (out of 100). In this interactive activity hosted by @lts_mcgill you will find out how EA sports uses math to determine these ratings, and you’ll make your own rating system to see who you think is better. ⠀

➡️ May 27th - Values in Leadership - In this leadership session, we will work with Let's Talk Science volunteers and site coordinators to identify and explore their core values and discuss how it impacts them as leaders. As a leader, your values will dictate how you behave, make decisions and react to certain situations. Understanding this will allow you to identify your preferred way to lead and what motivates you as a leader.⠀

After attending this session, participants will be able to: ⚡️ identify 3 personal core values;⠀
⚡️ make the connection between your values and leadership style;⠀
⚡️ recognize the importance of choosing opportunities that align with your values and;⠀
⚡️ talk about your leadership style through their values (ex. in a job interview)⠀
