I could make a long list of 2026 goals—everything I should be doing more of, everything I could do better.

And yes, I have big dreams and reach goals, many of them tied to work.

As a mom of three…I prefer to keep my goals consistent & attainable. Performance improvement plans are not required for this job!!! 

✨ Take it one day at a time.
✨ Make the memories.
✨ Make my kids laugh.
✨ Take at least one hour a week to truly disconnect for a workout. (with a side of @tryarmra to make sure my energy levels keep up with my kids)
