There are literally classes where you practice being in conflict: firing an employee, laying off a friend you manage, giving a promotion to one person over another. These are the conversations that will keep you up at night, especially if you botch them👀 and that’s why we have role-play classes to practice these conversations before we have to do them for real 🩵🚀
