Spent this weekend with @girlguidesofcanada presenting at their Thinking Day! 👧🏻 Glenda (my human body model 😋) and I taught the girls about the nervous system, endocrine system and the cardiovascular system. This workshop is one offered by Let’s Talk Science - it’s called “Fight or Flight: the Science of Stress.”🧠 👩‍🔬Honestly coming into a coordinator role for LTS was stressful, but I’m LOVING it so far. It’s been especially fun to attend large scale events like this one - so great to get out into rural communities as well😊
