💡 The truth is, the more you say “sorry” the more you dilute your own apologies, rendering them useless. 

❌ Stop apologizing for things that aren’t your fault! Don’t apologize for doing your job 🤗

🤷🏼‍♀️ 100% apologize when necessary. If you make a genuine mistake, say SORRY!

✋🏼 AND… keep it brief. Don’t linger on excuses or explanations. Move right along.
