✨ Real talk: quitting can feel super emo ??? Like a lot of us cry when quitting lol you should 100% FEEL YOUR FEELINGS, just in a way that is regulated AND advocates for ~future you~ (because the world is smaller than you think) 

✌️ Quitting is NORMAL. Moving on to a new job is a normal thing to do. Companies hate losing good employees, so if they get upset, take that as a huge compliment. 

🧠 Remember: it is NOT YOUR JOB to manage your bosses emotions. Not everything needs a reaction from you.

🚪 if you have an exit interview, feel freeeee to give some feedback there. “I believe my boss would benefit from extensive management training” like how diabolical is THAT. 

👋 The way you leave is just as important as how you arrive. Every situation is unique. Do what you think is best (and what will make you feel the best in 5 years).
