If you want to be a more mindful consumer, it’s worth looking at the impact behind the brands you support. I recently went to @vitacoco Supporting Farmers Market event and learned about their Seedlings for Sustainability program, an initiative helping to plant millions of new trees and teaching farmers how to care for their land for the long run. 

It reminded me that sustainability isn’t just about buying eco products, it’s about supporting the people and communities making a real difference.
