If you know me you know I am extremely fond of two things endlessly - Tech & Tequila. 😂 

33 years ago, on Saturday 31st at 8.15am I was born, and so when my birthday once more fell on Saturday 31st I had no option but to make it count! 

The story of Don Julio Gonzales is one I relate to fondly. 
Passion for craft and celebration of life. Hence the Don Fiesta was born.
