I walked into yesterday’s MPI educational meeting expecting to learn and walked out completely energized. There is something powerful about being in a space filled with people who are committed to growing, leading, and elevating our industry. It reminds you what is possible.

A huge thank you to Elaine Leise for inviting me. I am so grateful for the opportunity to be part of this community.t To Elaine Pasqua your keynote was outstanding. Your message, your energy, and the way you connected with the room left a real impact on me.

Here are the three reminders I am taking with me:
