Have you ever been so drained that you just needed to disappear for a moment? After weeks of traveling, speaking and training, I finally exhaled at the spa.

Valentine’s Day was yesterday, and while the world was celebrating love, I realized that I had not given much love back to myself. Rest is not selfish. Rest is how we return to ourselves.
