We’re living in a constant, low hum of crisis.
Tracking it matters. Staying awake matters.

So I refine what sustains me:

community that actually shows up,
✅️spiritual rest that keeps me clear
✅️ discipline to show up for myself.

survival isn’t passive, It’s practiced.
And let’s be clear—
the midterm elections aren’t abstract. They’re critical. They will shape what gets protected, what continues to gets erased, and who gets heard.

The clock is moving whether we engage or not.
We may not know what tomorrow will uphold,
but we do decide how prepared, aware, and involved we are when it gets here.
