Snow in Charlotte had the whole city in a frenzy 😂❄️
Schools closing. Stores empty. Timelines flooded.
But being from Ohio, I couldn’t help but smile—this was just another winter memory for me.

So instead of stressing, I tapped back into my childhood and made something we grew up on: homemade snow cream. Simple. Sweet. Nostalgic. A little bowl of home.

Sometimes rare moments remind you who you are and where you’re from.
Today, it was snow, sweetness, and memory.

Fresh, clean snow (about 6–8 cups)
½ cup milk (whole milk works best)
or evaporated milk for extra richness
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk

2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
