We talk a lot about self-care as if it’s always a solo act like maintaining yourself is proof of strength. But the truth is, fatigue sets in when we try to carry it all alone.

Sometimes real self-care is surrender. It’s trusting the hands of professionals who create space for restoration and remind us that we deserve ease, too.

That’s exactly what our neighbors at @cell.therapy.parlor @duppandswat brought to @campnorthend — intentional care, grounded in community.

Shout out to @starr_faded for proving that self-maintenance doesn’t have to be a burden. Sometimes the most radical thing we can do is let ourselves be cared for.
