Yesterday I had a conversation at a bar with someone, and when she asked me about what I do—she said that I don’t celebrate/ talk myself up enough. She was right.

But it gave me pause because I don’t think of myself as humble, but I also don’t give myself permission to celebrate all aspects of my life. your girl has been to therapy and I know that is rooted in trauma. 

So I’m sharing this with y’all today because it’s what I need to hear…. Stop waiting on the other shoe to drop and live in the present. Everything is always working out for your good, EVERYTIME.❤️
