Now yall know I love me some light therapy. I’ve been incorporating light therapy into my skincare routine for almost 2 years now and recently got introduced to the LightStim LED bed 🤯

-Quicker recovery in between workouts and teaching classes
-Helps with aches, pains, joint soreness, and stiffness 

You’ll notice a difference after your first session! I try to get atleast 2-3 sessions in a week.

It also forces me to slow down and take some time to breathe with the overstimulation of ya knowww…the world !
