4 ways to start seeds; but which one is right for you?

❄️ Winter sowing with milk jugs outside in January. No heat mat, no grow lights. Seeds germinate when conditions are right. Laziest and most reliable method for cold-hardy plants.
🗞️ Seed snails are just seeds rolled in damp newspaper, unrolled when sprouted. Zero waste, no plastic, weirdly satisfying.
🌾 Chaos sowing is when you direct scatter into a bed with no plan. Works beautifully for poppies, wildflowers, anything that hates transplanting.
🌱 Traditional seed trays are for anything that needs control. Tomatoes, peppers, plants I’m babying under lights.
