I’ve had a lot of focaccia sandwiches in Seattle and holy moly… this was a standout 👏

The bread was crackly and crispy on top, and soft underneath (I loved the sesame seeds on top, too). This was their Italian sandwich for the day (the menu frequently changes), and they focus on one sandwich per week. You guys know I love a sandwich with some Italian deli meats…😮‍💨🤌

On @citycastseattle this week with @seankeeley78 we talked about the bakers of Seattle bringing such care to what they do and focusing on local ingredients. I wish I had tried @goodluckbread before the podcast so I could raise my sandwich glass to them because what they’re doing is truly exceptional. 

After we finished the sandwich, @mcseann looked at me with eyes wide and said “that was crazy good…should we go back and shake their hand?” but let this post serve as that because wow, thank you 🤝
