Heirloom tomato season is sadly over but I still wanted to share this masterclass with @kenjilopezalt for sandwich layering 🍞🥬🥓🍅🍞 s/o @dukes_mayonnaise - a main ingredient for this BLT 🥪 and thank you Ian for the gorgeous tomatoes and delicious bacon! 

The stack order - thick white bread, a LOT of mayo on each interior side of the bread, shredduce, bacon, seasoned heirloom tomatoes (then put your other side of bread on top of the stacked ingredients)
