🍑 INGREDIENTS 
- any kind of thick sliced bread 
- pesto (lemon basil preferred)
- balsamic glaze & oil
- mozzarella 
- prosciutto 
- peaches (go for one that’s slightly firm)
- arugula 

🥪 RECIPE
- toss the arugula in balsamic glaze, oil and S&P
- slather some pesto on the bread
- toast your bread on the skillet
- melt slices of moz on both sides
- add your prosciutto and sliced peach
- add your arugula
