## Caption

Starting the week off right with a hearty, comforting meal, veggies, beef stew and a twist on classic Zimbabwean sadza but using oats for a more complex carb. 

My pots & pans are always from @hexclad (except the sadza pot I get sent from Zim 1-2 years)
