I will do almost anything that will make me:

Not leave my house in winter
Not have to spend time in the kitchen
Save some money

Spending hours grating my okra is one of those things 😊

I just get it in large quantities (different batches) then freeze in my @ziploccanada bags for quick use on weeknights

We cook daily, so this makes a huge difference in saving time on nights we want to have okra

Stays in the freezer for 4-6 months, and when cooking I don’t thaw, I just immediately add it to the pot and cook
