Every beginning of fall I’m in winter preparation mode, and I can now check off hot peppers from my list 😊

Always a lot of work 🫠 but super rewarding and convenient when you want to use! 

The partitioning before freezing is such an underrated hack!! Makes it so much easier to take out what you actually need without thawing everything.
