I’m never going back to blending then boiling for my canning process. 

This year I started off doing both, then fully went with the oven method (baking with garlic and onion) then blending and canning, it was easier, quicker and the consistency and taste of my tomato and pepper pastes is just better!

Thanks to @barkeepersfriend for making the clean up easier. She is definitely that girl, and you need to have her in your cleaning cabinet!
