So here we are it’s R E A L T O R time!!!!! No seriously if you are at the point where you have e your pre approval letter your interested in getting started then it’s time to loom for your realtor someone who is going to fight for you no matter what. This is your P A R T N E R so you need someone who is going to support you but also know what’s right and what’s in the BEST Interest of you.  I am a bit of a control freak so my realtor  was referred to me. I found my community, house and knew what I wanted so she didn’t have to do that process I wanted to be hands on with E V E R Y T H I N G and she knew that so we worked great together she let me be hands on and also I forgot to mention try to get a realtor to EDUCATE you. Everything may seem new or truly be foreign to you so having to go through the process all together may be new but someone to educate you along the way was key for me.  I hope this helps.
