For a long time, I thought the answer was more content.

More posts.
More ideas.
More output.

It didn’t work.

What actually changed things wasn’t volume it was decision quality.

I stopped asking:
“How can I create more?”

And started asking:
“What deserves my attention right now?”

Less content.
Clearer thinking.
Stronger signal.

Output follows decisions, not the other way around.
