Most people don’t have a time problem.
They have a filter problem.

Everything feels important.

So I use a simple focus filter:

1️⃣ Does this move something forward?
If not, it’s noise.

2️⃣ Is this aligned with the direction?
If not, it’s distraction.

3️⃣ Will this still matter in 6 months?
If not, it’s temporary urgency.

Focus isn’t about doing more.
It’s about removing what doesn’t deserve attention.

Clarity comes from subtraction.
