If I had to start again, I wouldn’t automate everything.

I’d automate these three things first:

1️⃣ Repetitive admin tasks
2️⃣ Content scheduling & distribution
3️⃣ Basic customer responses

Not to work less, but to protect focus for high-value thinking.

Automation isn’t about speed.
It’s about removing friction from decisions that don’t matter.

Automate the boring.
Focus on what compounds.
