One mistake I see everywhere and I made it too:

Trying to do everything at once.

Too many tools.
Too many ideas.
Too many unfinished projects.

The result?
Movement without real progress.

What changed everything for me:
✔️ fewer projects
✔️ deeper focus
✔️ finishing before starting something new

Speed comes from focus, not from doing more.
