I’ve worked with hundreds of jobs seekers 1:1 at this point, and the most common things I still hear are: 

“I didn’t do anything” 
“I didn’t accomplish anything here” 
“All I did was support” 

Which feels realistic when you know that thousands of other people share your job title at companies very similar to yours. 

But my question is…

who cares about those people?

They’re not applying to the job. YOU are! 

The people that are selling themselves whole heartedly are the ones who have fast-moving job searches. 

And that unfortunately leaves everyone facing imposter syndrome in the wings for a long time 😅

So what I want you to ask yourself is:

“If I vanished and nobody could pick up the work I was doing, what would happen?” 

THAT is your impact. THAT is what belongs on your resume.
