Return to office mandates are scams for employees. 

They cost you money, time, and wellbeing. And for a lot of working mothers? It costs them their ability to participate in the workforce. 

Women are three times as likely to leave when given an RTO. 

And you’ll notice these done in lieu of layoffs. 

Not because they don’t want control over who leaves, but because they know *exactly* who is going to leave. 

If our jobs have been done remotely for six years without interruption, there is absolutely no valid reason to call anyone back.
