Flying high after my first wall yoga class at the wellandbeing Spa in the #RedRockResort 🎈😻🎈
This was such a fun, new way to experience old, familiar poses.  These straps - which are securely attach to the wall - help lift, adjust, and support the body so that you can experience each asana differently than on the mat.
Downward facing dog, for example, has one strap placed around the hips to help them lift up as the heels sink down.  The flying pose I'm doing here was a newly learned pose that takes more trust in yourself than it it does strength... So happy have had the chance to try this! 🙏🏼
