Finding the rhythm, a sustainable balance, is something I’m finding difficult during these unnerving times. There are moments when I feel motivated and free, while others, I am swept up with anxiety - not just from the current state of the world, but from past insecurities that seem to creep up in the silence spaces. ⁣
⁣
I’ve been trying... to find this happy medium between sustaining a normal routine, and realizing nothing right now is normal. It’s been a messy journey... but, that’s ok. Coping is messy. It doesn’t need to be clean, neat, happy always. It can be, and I sure do enjoy those refreshing highs. But the lows are ok, too. We are only humans after all. ⁣

Give yourself some extra love this evening. Take a breath. Let it all go. This too shall pass. We will all be together again soon. ⁣
