When working through deconstruction I often find myself cycling back around to the resistance I feel towards authority, my own need for autonomy, and how does one navigate a system of hierarchy when they have never really felt aligned with the systems of power that control the hierarchy.

When I feel powerless where does it show up somatically in my body?
What feelings and sensations are happening when I feel powerless?
