9.22.24

In capturing the full moon on the cusp of the solstice I am in awe that with each moon cycle we are not the same person we were at the last moon cycle. 

Ever changing, I am reminded that when the old life dissolves, it is in the shedding of skins that we are born anew. 

The destruction you feel is the very breath of your becoming.

Focusing in on our own unexpressed energy, we can observe that energy that gets to be expressed or oppressed. 

The shadow is where we cultivate a relationship within our self, sensing in the darkness what we do not yet know. To create equilibrium one has to experience both sides of themself in order to create balance on the scale. If we offload or reject any part of who we are, we will be out of balance. 

The Libra full moon reminds us the ways in which we are in or out of equilibrium. 

Where do you feel balance that lies in your own life? 

How does being out of balance impact you at a molecular level?

In what ways are you curiously observing balance in your life right now?

When we embrace the shadow we call in the light. Illumination occurs as we integrate the subconscious into consciousness.

 Shedding outdated versions of who we are while embracing their role in how it supported us in getting ourselves here, we are forever resisting the gravity of the lived experiences while also grounding ourselves into it in order to rise above the stories that keep us small and constricted.
