Hot Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls 🍫

I had a few food supplies that needed to be used now .. ain’t no wasting no food over here!

Recipe For the dough: 

1½ cups whole milk, luke warmed (almond milk czn be used) 105-110 F
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 
1 egg room temp
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast (1 packet) 
4 cups all-purpose flour 
1/3 cup sugar 
1 teaspoon salt 

Filling

1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened 
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder 
1/4 tsp cinnamon
¾ cup semi-sweet chopped chocolate
½ cup heavy cream, room temperature 

Icing
6 oz cream cheese room temp 
1/2 cip of marshmallow fluff 
Mix both together until it whipped. 

The dough: 
In a separate bowl pour warm milk in and sprinkle yeast over the milk and let it sit for  5-8 minutes. 

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment, combine flour, sugar and salt. 

Add melted butter, egg and milk to bowl. 

Mix 8-9 minutes until the dough is soft, tacky and forms a single ball with just the bottom of the ball sticking to the bottom of the bowl. 

Place the ball of dough in a large, lightly oiled bowl. Cover it tightly with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place to rise until doubled, about 1 hour. 

Filing
Mix all dry ingredients together.
