Jalapeño Cheddar Cornmeal Waffle/Fried Chicken with Sweet Chill Syrup

Waffle recipe

1 box of Jiffy cornbread 
1/4 tsp smoked paprika 
1 egg
1/3 cup of buttermilk 
2 tsp of granulated honey or regular honey 
1 tbsp sour cream 
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar 
1/2 jalapeño diced (remove seeds) 

Mix all ingredients together and pour 1/3 cup onto a hot waffle iron.

Note: (If batter is to thick add just a bit more buttermilk)
