✨🎄 Closing Day is Always a Reminder to Trust the Process 🎄✨

Today we officially closed on a home for my clients, and I am so grateful for the opportunity 🏡💙

Their journey is a beautiful reminder that the right home does not always happen on the first try, and that is okay. When they came to me through a family referral back in February, they already had a home in mind. We went under contract, but it wasn’t meant to be. We tried again with another home, and that one didn’t work out either.

Instead of forcing what wasn’t aligned, we paused, stayed patient, and watched the market. A few months later, the right home appeared, and from the moment they saw it, they knew. We wrote the offer, it was accepted, and despite a few hurdles along the way, everything came together right on time.

Not only did they secure what they’re calling their forever home, they also negotiated an amazing deal, nearly $50K off the list price, and closed just in time for the holidays 🎄✨ What a perfect Christmas gift.

This closing was also special for me because I brought my mentee along to witness the process, capture the moments, and see what this work truly looks like from this aide Pouring into the next generation means everything to me 💙
