I’ve been a little quiet lately… and honestly, it was intentional 🩵

Not because I didn’t have anything to say, but because I needed time to reset, realign, and pour back into me.

This last couple weeks looked like:
🌊 Even MORE beach days
🎾 moving my body INTENTIONALLY 
😍 embracing my natural self
💖 choosing peace over pressure

And one thing I realized…

I chose me → which led to balance → which prevented burnout.

Because let’s be real…so many women feel guilty for resting.
Like we always have to be “on,” producing, showing up, doing more…

But burnout is real.
And the truth is…
your business can’t flourish if YOU aren’t well.

I’m choosing to honor myself.
Not just by doing more… but by being healthier, aligned, and whole.

Not everything needs to be shared in real time.
Some seasons are meant to be lived, felt, and experienced first.

But I’m back now—with more clarity, intention, and alignment than ever ✨

And I’ve been working on something I can’t wait to share with you soon… 👀
