Before he was assassinated in September 2025, Charlie Kirk had started raising uncomfortable questions inside the conservative movement — especially about war with Iran, U.S. foreign policy, and America’s relationship with Israel.

Kirk warned against U.S. involvement in another Middle-East war and opposed deeper escalation with Iran, arguing it could destabilize the region and drag America into prolonged conflict. 

He also criticized “war hawk” foreign policy voices and pushed back on interventionist strategies often associated with figures like Lindsey Graham and John Bolton, emphasizing an America-First approach focused on avoiding regime-change wars.

At the same time, Kirk had long been one of the most vocal pro-Israel advocates on the right — calling himself strongly supportive of Israel and defending it publicly for years. 
Yet shortly before his death, leaked messages suggested tension with donors and pressure tied to his associations with critics of Israeli policy, revealing a more complicated private stance than his public reputation suggested. 

After his assassination, conspiracy claims circulated online linking his views to geopolitical conflicts, but officials and governments rejected allegations of foreign involvement.
