Feeling like a failure? 

I get it — at 27, 4 years after I left home, I shut down my 2nd business and moved back with less than $100 
.

I started my entrepreneurial journey in 2016. That business would go on to make multiple 4 figures, grow to a team of 7, serve 100+ customers but because of cash flow — I and my then partner shut it down 
.

It took everything from me and by the time it was done, I was on the verge of selling my car 
.

Then, a couple months later, I decided I wanted to help other entrepreneurs avoid the mistakes I had made so I launched Hellofounder in 2018
.

This was the start of my content creator journey and with Hellofounder came this incredible community.  I sold multiple digital products, coached 100+ business owners but again, I couldn’t scale the business and by the time 27 rolled around, I was broke! 
.

I needed money so I launched HELPFUL, a freelance platform and while I started booking clients, running a business without money is tough — I was burnt out and broke so, I gave up on entrepreneurship 
.

My day job was paying but not enough to live on + cover my bills 
.

I moved home, ashamed and felt like a failure. I am till date grateful to have had a home to move back to 
.

I pivoted to freelancing + side hustles while working my day job and after a couple months of being home, I started creating content again on personal development, finances and fiverr freelancing 
.

When I moved home, I started learning how money works  because I was tired of being broke 

➡️ Then I saved my first $5k, 
➡️ Got engaged to the guy I just started talking to before moving home 😍
➡️ Moved to the U.S for my MBA
➡️ Got married to that guy ❤️
➡️ Landed an internship and a 6 figure return offer at a big 6 tech company ( MSFT) 
➡️ Saved my first $13k 
➡️ Started creating content again 🙋🏽‍♀️
.

Just because you meet setbacks doesn’t mean you are a failure, learn the lesson, pivot, keep showing up, take faith based steps, you never know where the universe is taking you 
.

Remember,  the universe has your back always
