Honored to be nominated for the 2026 NYC Her Future Awards 🤍✨ nycherfuture 

To be recognized among hundreds of women across New York City for mentorship, leadership, and advocacy is the honor of a lifetime, even more so in this very city that built my resilience.

This moment means so much more than recognition. It represents the journey of becoming the woman I once needed. The one who creates space, offers guidance, and reminds especially women of color, that their voice, their story, and their presence matter.

Everything I do and embody is rooted in impact and in representation. In showing young women that where you come from or the adversities you face, has no restriction on how radiant your future will be. I am a living, walking and thriving testimony of overcoming the odds and continuing to be a breakthrough in all of the generational cycles before me. where you’re going. I’m here to validate that inner healing and leadership can exist in the same space confidently. 

Everything I do is for my younger self to beam with pride, for my present self to remain grounded in this moment, and for my future self to reflect knowing I fulfilled my assignment in the legacy being planted. So the next generation can continue the work with a stronger foundation.

To stand among women who are shaping the future of this city is something I carry with deep gratitude and intention.

Regardless of the outcome, I remain committed to my purpose and to the community that continues to shape me.
