Stepping into the next round of the 39th Annual thebxpuertoricanparade Cultural Pageant this weekend like ✨

The next portion of the event will be The Talent Show this upcoming Sunday, April, 27th 🎤💃🏽🪘🎵 where myself, and our infantil, Juventil, damas y callaberos representing their Pueblo will perform a piece dedicated to honoring Puerto Rican culture.

Can you guess what I’ll be sharing? 🤔✍🏽📝 A hint — I used to pour my heart out at open mics with this gift. It will be a beautifully healing experience once again for my young self to tap into where I began my career and built my confidence sharing my voice on a stage. Even more so, to empower this community to lead in always taking up space, ensuring we are all, heard, seen, and felt.
