What a difference 1 year can make 🇵🇷✨I’m a testimony of  faith, patience & perseverance.

Last year, I was honored to march in the 5th Ave National Puerto Rican Day Parade for the very first time. I wasn’t on a float (yet) just grateful to have been given the opportunity to show up, thanks to David of @puertoricanflagsup who opened that first door for me as I was building myself up. 

By October 2024, only 4 months later - I was invited to ride on the @newyorkcityfc float for the Hispanic Heritage Parade. A week later, I represented on the @barriobx float at the @thebxpuertoricanparade . I had no idea that each of these moments were preparing me for the role I would step into in 2025. 

If you pray for the life you envision, be prepared to recieve those blessings because they are inevitable to those who manifest and align with intention and movement forward regardless of not knowing which direction you’re headed. Trusting your gut, passion and grit to guide you in spaces you belong in and make room for others to come with you.

I am not a product or “Luck” or “Privilege” - I am an individual who is stubborn, audacious and confident enough to try, who took risks because she had nothing to lose and everything to gain. I was once the girl who kept her head down out of fear of being seen. I lived in survival mode, raised in a broken home, holding onto hope of the mere possibility that I’d grow into the woman I envisioned. And even when everything around me said otherwise, I showed up as her until I embodied the mindset of a Reina 👑

This year, I returned not just to march— but to reign. As First Place Queen of the Bronx Puerto Rican Cultural Pageant, I stand in full alignment with my assignment, my purpose, and my resilience. 

Let this be a reminder:
✨ Your destiny won’t miss you.
✨ What’s meant for you can never be taken from you.
✨ There is only one YOU, in this world. Move like it. 
✨ YOUR Authenticity Is your superpower. YOUR vulnerability is your strength. YOUR story will changes lives.
