I’m a #nuyorican who feels more deeply rooted with otherworldly love for her Puerto Rican culture than ever. I feel my ancestors walk with me throughout everything I do and everything I am in this lifetime through the mutual resilience they embodied. It is with monumental passion and pride that my people advocate for themselves and continue fighting to keep our traditions alive, our culture unapologetically vibrant, and our homeland rightfully ours. 

I am truly beaming with honor to be a Latina woman who represents through everything I am and everything I do in this lifetime to keep my ancestors who walk this path with me, proud. 

Thank you to @badbunnypr for being the voice, utilizing your powerful platform to contribute to positive impact, to reminding the world that we are here, we are seen and we will be felt and heard. The emotional response from people of all walks and of life who have listened to this album and watched the short film that is a loud love letter for 🇵🇷 that evoked such a strong response is proof of the power we have when our voices amplify. Our presence will never be diminished and our influence is undeniable.

Living vicariously through the traditions of my grandparents and all who came before me keeps me full of the life they instilled in me, just for being Boricua 🇵🇷🐸
