## Caption

Here’s my garlic mushroom pizza recipe. I pretty much always go for a white base when I’m making mushroom pizza. On this one I’ve used an equal mix of double cream and creme fraiche, with plenty of black pepper (thanks for this tip @zappa69 ❤️) It’s super creamy and rich.

Ingredients:
80g fior di latte 
250g dough ball
4 spoonfuls of the double cream/ creme fraiche mix 
Thin sliced garlic 
Thin sliced portobello mushrooms 

Finish with chopped chives, parm and olive oil.
