Baileys Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, anyone? 🍸 

Spoiler: I'm better at baking than bartending – made quite the mess shaking this up! But the results? Totally worth it. 

Here's the recipe to shake up your evening (just don’t spill like I did): 

✨ Ingredients
• 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream 
• 25ml Vodka 
• 1-2 Shots of cold Espresso 
• Ice 

Garnish:
• 2 Melted Baileys Salted Caramel Truffles 
• 20g Chopped Baileys caramelised nut mix 

✨ Method
1.	Dip the rim of your martini glass in the melted Baileys Salted Caramel Truffles and then into the chopped nuts
2.	Add your ice, Baileys Irish Cream, vodka and espresso shots into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously to combine
3.	Strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with some more chopped nuts
4.	Enjoy!
