Now this was delicious 😋 

For the Cake

•	5 Large Eggs (separated)
•	120g Caster Sugar (divided)
•	50ml vegetable oil
•	100g Plain Flour
•	35g Cocoa Powder

For the Filling

•	350ml Double Cream
•	2 tbsp Icing Sugar
•	75ml O’Donnell Very Cherry Moonshine
•	200g fresh cherries (save 5 for decoration)

For the Ganache

•	300g Dark Chocolate (finely chopped)
•	250ml Double Cream
