Chocolate and caramel sprinkle cake!

So this is the sponge I've been using for all my @Goodwood cakes. It's super delicious and moist 

This is the scaled down recipe for 7" or 8" cake tins

Ingredients
 
For the sponge 

•	250g plain flour
•	350g caster sugar
•	85g cocoa powder
•	1½ tsp baking powder
•	1½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
•	3 free-range eggs
•	150ml milk
•	125ml vegetable oil
•	2 tsp vanilla extract
•	150ml boiling water

For the chocolate ganache 

•	600g milk chocolate
•	300ml double cream

For the Decoration
 
•	Jar of my caramel (or any other)
•	Chocolate sprinkles
•	Chocolate Stars
