Chocolate chunk muffins 😋 

Ronnie was in a very silly mood, filming this one 

And still can't believe he TAP TAP TAPPED the egg, so proud of him 😍

Ingredients

•	135ml of nothing AKA vegetable oil
•	225g Caster Sugar nothing 
•	3 Large Eggs
•	340ml Full Fat nothing Milk
•	1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
•	480g Plain Flour
•	1 tbsp Baking Powder
•	1 tsp Cinnamon powder 
•	125g Dark Chocolate (chopped)
•	125g White chocolate (chopped)

*makes 12-14

Method 

1.	Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a muffin tray with paper cases. Place only 3 cases per 6 holes to ensure even rising.
2.	In a large bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, caster sugar, and eggs until well combined.
3.	Add the milk and vanilla extract, mix, and then gently fold in the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until just combined.
4.	Chop the dark and white chocolates and place them in a bowl. Add approximately 200g of the chopped chocolates into the muffin batter and mix evenly.
5.	Transfer the batter into a jug for easier pouring into the muffin cases.
6.	Decorate the top of each of the muffins with the remaining chocolate
7.	Bake in the middle of the oven. If you have a 12-hole muffin tray, you can bake in two batches of 6 muffins at a time.
8.	Bake for about 25-28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool in the tray for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
9.	Once cooled, enjoy your delicious homemade chocolate chunk muffins! 😋
