Eleven months later, we’re thrilled to wrap up this stunning midtown residence! Spanning 2,300+800 sq. ft., this home sits perfectly on a standard 25’x125’ neighborhood lot. The design boasts impressive ceiling heights: a soaring 13’ in the basement and an airy 9’10” on the first and second floors. 

Despite the challenges of extensive shoring and navigating typical midtown construction logistics, our neighborhood management system—and the amazing support from our wonderful neighbors—made this project a true pleasure to build. It’s been an incredible journey, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
